The camera finds and straightens a receipt before the reader sees it, its photo is kept with the transaction and can be browsed, and a receipt whose total caption came out garbled still gives up its amount. This release also brings transaction labels, changing your main currency, and a clearer statement import.
The display currency now covers every figure — this month's income and expenses, the report with its categories, net-worth history and balances — and the currency list can be searched by typing.
Pick a display currency under More and your net worth on the dashboard is stated in it, while every account and asset keeps the currency it is actually in.
Open the net worth history and pick a date — or tap a point on the curve — to get every account and asset as it stood that day, each with the date and source of its valuation.
A scan that detected line items shows both save choices without scrolling — on a small screen and with the keyboard open too.
Receipt categories now agree across Home, reports, budgets and filters; FinApp remembers product categories, explains what it learned, stores smaller private photos, can include them in encrypted backups, restores backups on Android and rejects a wrong password straight away.
Coming back from the background asks for your PIN again — immediately, or after 1 or 5 minutes, whichever you choose — and the screen you had open, along with anything you had typed, waits untouched behind the lock; the app also blocks screenshots, the recents preview and screen recording; amounts follow the Polish or English display convention, with five formats to choose from; and deleting your financial data now removes private receipt photos with it.
A scanned receipt can now be saved item by item, each line under its own category, and reports and budgets count that split; scanning also stops booking the wrong amount — a euro conversion, or a price column headed Total — a corrected shop name comes back on the next scan, a bad reading can be reported, and receipt photos have a home, a size report and an expiry date.
A refreshed interface, receipt reading matched to the document's language, fields explicitly marked when they need checking, batch scanning from the gallery, and safer reset, import and updates.
