Who is behind Cibura?
I'm JC, based in Switzerland, and Cibura is my personal working brand. I build apps, websites and automations for founders, creators and small businesses with a concrete problem to solve.
The work often starts before the specification is tidy. I help clarify what should be built, make the smallest version useful enough to learn from, and then improve the parts that matter most.

We agree what the first version needs to prove and which existing tools or systems can help. This keeps the work small enough to test.
Build and test it
I implement the prototype, website or workflow improvement, check how it behaves, and share a version you can try.
Iterate from evidence
The next step should come from real use, operational friction, and visible results, not from adding features because the list is long.
